Service Definitions*
| Gold |
Allow up to 25 mins core to core and up to 50 mins city wide. |
| Hot Shot |
Allow between 30-45 mins core to core and up to 70 mins city wide. |
| Rush |
Allow up to 90 min. core to core for bike service (120 min. for vehicle service) and up to 120 min. city wide. |
| Non-Rush |
Allow up to 180 mins. Cut-off time for this service is 2:00PM for delivery by 5:00PM |
| Direct Drive |
Immediate response to deliver a shipment to any destination, in any vehicle type and is charged on a 'per kilometer' basis plus weight (if applicable). |
* Please note that delivery may be completed well before our allotted time frames, however during peak rush-hour, allow up to the maximum times frames posted.
Adverse weather and heavy traffic conditions may impede delivery completion times somewhat.
